"I wouldn’t use them again if timing..."
I wouldn’t use them again if timing matters. I ordered a photo package, and it ended up taking way longer than they said it would. The tracking barely changed the whole time, so I never really knew what was going on. When I reached out to support, the answers were vague and didn’t help much. Overall, just a frustrating experience.

"Am I the only one who couldn’t find anything?"
Am I the only one who found the site kind of messy? I kept trying to use the menus and photo sections, but nothing felt very clear. I was just clicking around looking for basic info and gave up after a few minutes

"Not really worth the price"
I paid more than I expected, the photos were just okay. They felt basic for the amount I spent. This is where it got annoying because I was expecting something a little more polished or special, but it just didn’t feel worth the money.

"Honestly, the website was a little frustrating"
I had a bit of a hard time using the website. I was trying to find prices and photo galleries, but they weren’t super easy to get to. The pages also loaded kind of slowly on my phone, and the menu felt a little confusing to navigate.

"They fixed it, but it was a frustrating process"
I had a problem with my photo order, and to be fair, they did eventually make it right. But I still remember how stressful it felt having to send email after email and keep following up like I was the only one pushing it along. I was really looking forward to getting those photos, so the whole back-and-forth took some of the excitement out of it.

Getting the download sorted was a pain. It wasn’t clear who actually owned or managed the file, so I kept feeling like I was being passed around with no real answer. The whole process was confusing and more hassle than it was worth.

I had to ask a couple of times and even then I was still sort of confused. It just felt like the communication wasn’t very clear overall.

"Honestly felt like I got fooled"
I was really nervous about getting tricked with this order, and unfortunately that’s kind of how it felt. The prints came out super blurry, and the colors looked weird compared to what I expected. I was hoping they’d turn out nice, but they were disappointing

"Ordering took a little more effort than expected"
I ordered from cashmanphoto.com and the process was a bit more confusing than I thought it would be. I had to pause a few times and double-check what I was clicking, which made it feel less smooth than it could’ve been. The site does have some nice stuff, but the ordering flow could definitely be easier.

"Refund took way too long"
I cancelled my booking and the refund process was really frustrating. It took forever to get my money back, and every time I contacted support, they just gave me vague answers like there was something about it still being processed. Not a great experience

"Prices felt way too high"
I looked at cashmanphoto.com because I needed some straightforward photo stuff, but the prices felt steep for what was being offered. I also tried reaching out with a question, and getting transferred around just made the whole thing more annoying than it needed to be.

Maybe their pricing makes sense for some people, but it definitely wasn’t for my budget. I ended up finding cheaper options elsewhere, and I felt a lot better going with those instead.

"Not exactly spoiled for choice"
I checked out cashmanphoto.com hoping to find a decent range of photos, but yeah, the selection was underwhelming. A lot of the shots looked like the same photo with a slightly different angle, which is fine if that’s what you’re into, I guess.
I expected a bit more variety, especially considering the price. The site itself worked okay, so credit where it’s due, but I didn’t end up finding many photos I actually wanted. Kind of disappointing when the main thing you’re there for is, you know, the photos.

"I sent in my photos thinking it would..."
I sent in my photos thinking it would be a straightforward process, but then the waiting started. At first I figured it was just taking a little extra time, but as the days went on I realized I wasn’t getting many updates either, so I kept checking in and wondering what was happening behind the scenes. When the final photos finally came back, they were okay, but by that point the slow turnaround had kind of taken the excitement out of it. The work itself wasn’t bad, but the whole experience ended up feeling more frustrating than I expected.

"Photographer felt unprofessional"
From my experience, the photographer we had from Cashman Photo just didn’t come across very professional. He seemed rushed the whole time and, to me, didn’t really seem interested in what we were hoping to get out of the shoot.

During the session, his directions were really short and came off kind of rude. When we asked simple questions, it felt like we were bothering him, which made the whole thing feel awkward instead of relaxed.
Maybe other people have had better experiences, but for us, the vibe just wasn’t great. I personally wouldn’t book with them again based on how it went.

"Felt like it barely captured the event"
It missed way too many moments, which was disappointing. I’m not sure what happened, but it almost felt like something wasn’t working right in the background or maybe the coverage just wasn’t set up well. Either way, I expected it to catch a lot more of the event than it did...

"Browsing the galleries felt clunky"
I had a hard time moving through the galleries. The navigation felt messy, and even little things like waiting for the next image to load or figuring out where the arrows were made it feel slower than it should’ve.

I really wanted to like these, and I’m not usually that picky about pictures, but the photos came out blurry. I tried to make it work and figured maybe it was just a one-time thing, but they just didn’t look good.

"Scheduling wore me out a bit"
Getting my photo appointment set up was more frustrating than I expected. There was a lot of back and forth, and by the time it was finally confirmed I was kind of tired of dealing with it. The actual service was fine once I got there, but the coordination beforehand could definitely be smoother.

"Good service, but billing was frustrating"
Overall, my experience wasn’t bad, and there were some things I appreciated, but the billing part was a real headache. The charges weren’t as clear as I expected, and it took longer than it should have for my payment to go through. If they made the billing process simpler and faster, it would make a big difference.

"Decent photos, but I needed more guidance??"
The photos turned out okay, but I felt kind of lost during the shoot?? I was hoping for more direction with posing because I didn’t really know what to do, and my face ended up looking awkward in a lot of the shots. Not terrible, just not as helpful as I expected...
